Garage car lift – Hydraulic cylinders act as shock absorbers on a variety of machines. A piece of machines based on these devices is a car elevator. Hydraulic lifts use these cylinders to smoothly raise and lower cars. Without shock absorption in the lifting process, damage can be done to the car. To keep the hydraulic cylinders functioning smoothly, the fluid in them has air to remove air or other inhibitors. This can be done in a few minutes.
Top of hydraulic lift with hydraulic fluid. Remove the nut on the filling hole located on top of the hydraulic garage car lift. Pour the liquid into the hole. Replace the nut that you removed from the filler hole. Turn the nut clockwise to tighten it in place. Pull the hydraulic lift to its longest point.
Release the air nut until the hydraulic extension starts slowly pulling out without any help. Let the hydraulic garage car lift pull on your own until the water starts to get out of the vent hole. Monitor fluid coming out of the vent hole. Wait until there are no bubbles in the liquid and then apply the aeration nuts to stop the flow of liquid. Use a cloth to wipe any spill hydraulic fluid from the surface of the hydraulic lift.holes on top of hydraluc cylinder, bleeding hydraulic cylinder on car lift video, hydraulic car lift cylinder design
